So You Don?t Get Surrounded Scouting is very important for survival. Going into an area blind is cause for certain death. Take your time with exploring an area. Mark buildings, light poles, trees, or other objects with cloth or paint so you can find your way back. If you can, look in book stores or government buildings for maps to the area. Try to find a compass and use buildings on the horizon as bench markers. Never go out farther than your supplies can last you. Mark areas on maps or even fences when you find large masses of dead so you don?t mistakenly run into them later. Also, remember to track large groups of zombies on your scouting trips as they tend to shamble aimlessly and could stumble upon your camp site. Knowing their positions can help keep you and your group to stay safe as you can prepare for them before they find you. : ZOMBIEHERO:
